Coach Woodard came to LMC in 2001-02 to usher in a new era for the men's and women's soccer programs. Woodard also serves as the coach of the Tyler Lee High School Lady Raider soccer team where his team has never missed the playoffs. As a player, Woodard played professionally for three years with the Ft. Lauderdale Strikers and the Canton Invaders. He attended Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where he was an all-district player and captain. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. In 1997 Woodard received his United States Soccer Federation "A" license which is currently the highest license awarded in the U.S. He has been an N.T.T.S.S.A. staff coach for Olympic development and an instructor for licensed courses.

Meredith Grant, Asst. Soccer Coach
Grant, who assists Coach Woodard with the soccer programs, joined the LMC coaching staff in the fall of 2001 as assistant softball and soccer coach, and is presently the head softball coach and assistant soccer coach. After receiving her degree from Southwest Texas State University where she played softball for the Bobcats for four seasons, Meredith coached softball and soccer at All-Saints Episcpal School in Tyler for two years. Grants's successful years at All Saints led to her present position at LMC.
