*Security is required to be on patrol during night and weekend events.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS Please Read The Following Carefully!
1. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited anywhere on the property of Lon Morris College, including the parking lots and dressing rooms.
2. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings.
3. Rice throwing is prohibited, but birdseed may be thrown outside the Memorial Chapel.
4. While access to the facilities is usually possible at any time on the day of the wedding, specific arrangements for the opening of building should be made in advance. Wedding parties are asked to conclude their use of the facilities no later than four (4) hours after the wedding time. It is recommended, for the sake of the bride and groom, that the florists and photographers be finished in the Sanctuary and/or Prayer Chapel and be clear of those rooms no later that thirty minutes prior to the time of the wedding.

Weddings that take place during the school year (September through May) will not be confirmed more than six (6) months before the date desired in order that the college events will have some precedence. Weddings that take place during the summer (June through August) will not be confirmed more than nine months in advance. Tentative dates may be checked by phone; however, please note confirmation will not be made until the following conditions have been met:
1. All scheduling guidelines have been met.
2. The Wedding Information Sheet has been completed, signed, and returned.
3. A 25% non-refundable deposit has been paid at least SIX months in advance.
4. A $100 housekeeping deposit has been paid at least SIX months in advance.
All three of these may be accomplished through the Camp and Outreach Coordinators Office (903) 589-4065.
The exact hour of the rehearsal and wedding must be fixed at the time a room is reserved; this is necessary to avoid conflicts between your wedding and any other college event. The total fee must be paid in full 30 days prior to the wedding date. No refund will be given if a cancellation notice is not given at least 14 days prior to the wedding date. If no damages are incurred, then the $100 housekeeping deposit will be returned. However, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.
