Lon Morris College Bookstore Spring 2007 Refund and Return Policy The Last Day For Textbook Refunds For Spring 2007 is January 31, 2007
Textbook Refunds Textbooks purchased after February 1, 2007 through the end of the semester are not returnable. Books must be accompanied by a LMC receipt. Books must be in their original condition. Books purchased in shrink wrap mst be returned in original shrink wrap.
Textbook Buyback Textbook Buy Back will be April 30th-May 2nd. Follett Book company will conduct book buy back.
General Merchandise Refunds Refunds of General Merchandise will be accepted within 30 days from date purchased when accompanied with a LMC Bookstore Receipt. Merchandise needs to be in the same condition as the time of purchase with the price tags attached.
Refund for Cash and Check Cash will be refunded for the full amount of the purchase.
Refund for Credit Cards/Debit Cards Refunds on charges will be credited back to the account used to make the purchase.
Refund for Letter of Credit The refund amount will be credited back to that students account. Cash refund or exchanges will not be allowed.
Additional Information LMC Bookstore will not "hold" items under any circumstance. LMC Bookstore will not open credit for student/faculty/staff.

Student Mail Information On-Campus Students are assigned mailboxes and mailbox numbers. They can come into the bookstore and retrieve their mail using their assigned numbers. Mail comes in once a day at 8 a.m. and is ready for students to check it by 10 a.m. daily. Students cannot pick up other students mail, unless student has verbally given permission to Bookstore Manager. Any piece of mail that is too large to fit in the students mailbox is considered a package and the student must sign off to receive the mail.
