Lon Morris College Art Department Features Work of
Bob Thompson
Paintings by East Texas artist Bob Thompson are on exhibit until February 25th in the Smith-Turner Art Gallery of the Visual Arts Department of Lon Morris College. Thompson works in watercolor, oil, and acrylic and has exhibited his paintings in galleries in the East Texas area as well as in competitive exhibitions nationally. The subject matter of his recent works is primarily scenes from East Texas.
The exhibit at Lon Morris College will be open to the public from January 25 until February 26. The Smith-Turner Art Gallery is open from 9:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday and is located in the LMC Visual Arts Building on the corner of College and Prather in Jacksonville.
