LMC ART EXHIBIT

The Lon Morris College Sophomore Art Show will open Saturday April 14 in the Smith-Turner Gallery of the Visual Arts Building.  The public is invited to the opening reception from 1 to 4 pm Saturday in the gallery. Refreshments will be served.

The artists whose work will be exhibited are:  Katelyn Bierma from Houston, Meghan Combs from Tyler, Ashley Dethlefs from Rusk, Laura Durham from Tyler, Alex Peake from McKinney, Jessica Sylvester from Palestine, and Ashlee Wooten from Crockett.  The students' works include drawings, paintings, prints, and sculptures which have been completed during their two years at LMC.

Participation in the show is a requirement
for an Associate of Arts degree with a
Visual Arts emphasis.




The exhibit will continue through May 3.
Gallery hours are Monday - Friday, 9-5 pm
The Smith-Turner Gallery is located on the corner of College and Prather streets on the LMC campus.
